Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Chaos Circle platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Chaos Circle on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscription Plans

Chaos Circle offers multiple subscription tiers from Free to Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You may use Chaos Circle only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, or use the platform to harm others.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
